Keith Williams

Keith Williams serves as our President of Lawyers Title and Commonwealth Title of Dallas. Keith has a long and successful track record in the industry. He grew up locally in the DFW area, graduating from Bishop Lynch High School. After pursuing his Bachelor Degree at the University of Arkansas, Keith went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Tulsa. After becoming licensed, Keith worked as an associate attorney with DFW law firm Burford & Ryburn, a firm that focused its practice in the areas of real estate, insurance defense, and medical malpractice. This is where Keith developed his love for real estate.

He then went on to work as a fee attorney under one of the brands under the Fidelity National Title Group before joining as Managing Partner of Beasley & Williams, LLP. Beasley & Williams, LLP focused on complex real estate litigation as well as ownership of several independent title companies throughout the state of Texas.

At the same time, Keith concurrently served as President of both Trinity Abstract and Title Company and Henderson County Title. This broad exposure and experience prepared him for the role of President of Lawyers Title Company and Commonwealth Title of Dallas.

Keith and his wife Stacy still reside locally in Dallas with their daughters Lucy and Leighton. He is actively involved in the community and serves at Highland Park Methodist Church where he and his wife are members. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Shelton school in Dallas and serves on the Advisory Board of the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
