Five starts! The buying and selling process can be challenging at best and downright awful at worst. Cheri made the process easy and even enjoyable! She explained everything in ways we could understand, and always returned e-mails and phone calls promptly. The same could not be said for our Colorado title company, who could learn a lot from Cheri!
