Our case involved me being half a world away from Dallas for all aspects of the home buying process after making the initial offer and selecting Sandra as our title company rep. I'm so glad we did. Sandra handled our home buy very deftly - ensuring that I had the proper Power of Attorney signed and delivered prior to my leaving the country. She also proactively got our land survey done when the original wasn't up to scratch. Finally, she was able to anticipate that we would be able to close a day early and made that happen, much to the relief of my wife, my POA rep (who was leaving the country the next day himself), and mostly to me, as I didn't have to worry whether anything would go awry with me too far away to fix it.
Sandra made everything happen and happen painlessly.

Sandra was awesome! She helped my buyer with multiple changes in our closing date due to my client waiting for a deposit coming from his retirement plan that was going towards his closing. This was out of our control and Sandra took charge and coordinated the changes between the lender, the seller and my client. Everything went smooth once my client had the funds to close. I highly recommend Sandra Hickey and Lawyer's Title in their new office in the Knox/Henderson area. I had first time Buyers, and Sandra took her time explaining each document they were signing which put them at ease.
