Keith Willard

Keith lives and breathes "title searches". I have worked with Keith over the course of many transactions, and I am constantly impressed with his attention to detail. He reads every word of each title prelim, and calls the next day to tell me of any irregularities, oddities, or interesting facts he has discovered.
