This is the second time I have had a house closed by Carin Moon & Lawyers Title! My realtor, Rosemary Lopez, knows experience & work ethic....and with Carin, it all goes smoothly. I have another closing coming up this week and expect nothing but the same. If you choose right in the beginning, there's a better chance for a great ending! Good Job Carin...
My buyers are very involved in volunteer work. The husband is about to start his 25th year as a captain of the local ski patrol. He has to be ready to go by the 1st of December. He wanted the escrow to close by Thanksgiving. Carin did an unbelievable job getting all of the work done and we were ready to close 3 days prior to Thanksgiving.
