My buyers are very involved in volunteer work. The husband is about to start his 25th year as a captain of the local ski patrol. He has to be ready to go by the 1st of December. He wanted the escrow to close by Thanksgiving. Carin did an unbelievable job getting all of the work done and we were ready to close 3 days prior to Thanksgiving. I was in town for the first part of the sale of my two houses, and out of state for the rest of the time. Carin and her people worked beautifully thro all the little snags that occur in the sale of homes, keeping our realtor ( Veronica is great!) and myself informed of each step we were at in the process. They answered all my questions in a clear, understandable way, and volunteered any helpful info I didn’t know to ask about!
The whole office staff is very friendly, yet at the same time, very professional.I would highly recommend using this office.

I was in Australia during the closing process and Carin helped me navigate the closing process via emails and esigned documents while I was overseas. I returned from my trip on 12/28/22 and we closed seamlessly on 1/6/23.
