My buyers are very involved in volunteer work. The husband is about to start his 25th year as a captain of the local ski patrol. He has to be ready to go by the 1st of December. He wanted the escrow to close by Thanksgiving. Carin did an unbelievable job getting all of the work done and we were ready to close 3 days prior to Thanksgiving.
