It was very difficult for him to walk because of cancer he had had in his back many years ago. Laurie came out to his assisted living facility to assist him with sign his documents. This transaction was scheduled for closing 7/25/17 and without the head's up from Laurie Wood and Kristin Cote, it would not have happened. Our seller would have been very upset.
