Unfortunately, we had a particularly difficult loan issue arise and required us to sign and close on the same day. Earnest money was at stake and my client had the potential of losing his home and having to be out of his rental on the same day!! Needless to say, it was stressful and we were not able to commit to an exact time to sign. Luckily Christina Conroy was our Escrow officer and she did everything she could to be proactive in the process and make sure everything closed. It is times like this that an Escrow officer has the chance to demonstrate their value to a transaction and Christina exceeded my expectations!

Christina and Serena were a joy to work with on this transaction. We felt like they cared about our clients and t heir needs and were excellent at communication throughout the transaction. They were kind enough to do a courtesy signing for our clients purchase at their sale signing. This was a huge help and made us all look like rockstar's in our clients eyes.

They both went above and beyond in customer service and exceeded my expectations by giving my client the soft touches and personal attention she needed in what ended up being a very stressful closing to my client.
