This was my first escrow with Stefanie Espejo, although I knew her when she worked on a team at a different Title Company. Stefanie was on top of everything. She was extremely professional and was on top of communicating to all parties. We ran into a few challenges with the lender at the end of the deal, but Stefani stayed on top of everything so that we could close this deal. I highly recommend using her especially if you are looking for a new, reliable Escrow Officer.
