My Escrow Officer LaKeisha Miller and her team member Ronni Dumanal were ABSOULOUTELY AMAZING!!!!
They were on top of it! This was a High End Guardianship Sale. There were some things I'll admit I was not aware of regarding a certain process. But between this dynamic dual, not only did they educated me, they were able to get the necessary documents needed from the Attorney. Staying on top of it is an under statement! And the same for another deal that recently closed. These Ladies are just awesome! Cant wait to get the next escrow open with them. Thank you LaKeisha and Ronnie!

In todays market, opening escrow is exciting but highly stressful. The likelihood of an escrow cancelling is higher than I?ve ever seen in my 17 years in this business. So you count on the escrow officer understanding the frustrations of both the client and the agents involved. Being there for ANY questions a client may have, in my opinion can save a deal. LaKeisha Miller, was there for my clients as they struggled with understanding the escrow process. LaKeisha had patience not only with my client but with me as well.
