I never worry about a title/escrow issue when Khara is handling it. She is very responsive. I often communicate late at night or on the weekend, and it's common to get a response from Khara right then. She's professional and knows what she's doing. When I encounter something new in a transaction, she takes the time to explain it in detail and says, "don't worry, I've got it handled" I feel like my transactions are in good hands with Khara.
