Ms. Kennedy is one of the highly esteemed escrow officers for Lawyers Title of Nevada. In her 26 years in the title industry, Ms. Kennedy has process escrows in a wide variety of situations, including; commercial and residential sales, Fannie Mae, REO, short sales, and refinances. Her adaptability has made her an asset to Lawyers Title of Nevada in the 15 years that she has worked with them. In fact, she was named the company’s rising star in 2013 & 2014.

As an avid volunteer, Ms. Kennedy works to help the Boy Scouts of America and her local church. She enjoys theatre, art, painting, and is an accomplished marathon runner.

We as agents like to control the easy flow of transactions with our preferred escrow officers and assistants. I just had a long time client go to a different escrow officer which sometimes happens and paid the price. My clients weren't happy. Not having Alyson with her expertise and professionalism caused the crash and burn of the deal. My clients made it clear they wanted Alyson upon selling it again, seriously lol, they said do not let this happen again. I didn't and our next one was such a relief. Thanks Alyson and Sue! You saved my butt. Can I say butt?

Whenever I have a listing or if I get to choose the services, I use Alyson at Lawyers Title. When I got licensed in Nevada, from California, I had a deal here and they were so patient and professional and also helped me understand the way escrows work here in NV. I had a client that needed special attention and Alyson and her staff made him feel so comfortable and cared for, that he was stress free and in love with everyone involved. I don't think anyone else could have helped me pull it off and get it closed. My title company for life.
