With over 13 years of experience in escrow and title, Beth has gained and developed an expertise in processing and closing resale, short sale, seller carry back, commercial and refinance transactions. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Tagalog. Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in computer management and processing. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Escrow Association, and was the first Filipino escrow officer in Las Vegas. Beth moved to Las Vegas and started her career in escrow as an assistant, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise from her mentors. After four years of dedication and hard work, she was awarded with the opportunity to become an escrow officer. Since the beginning, she has strived to offer exceptional service and provide top notch assistance to her clients.

My escrow officer is Beth Hoeg, as always she does my file without any pain, she goes a mile to help me in my transactions. sometimes she does my job , like explaining to my clients of delays or what other problems that comes out. or following up with lenders i don't have to do follow up, she does it for me... love...love...love her.

I have always love working with Beth Hoeg. She is very knowledgeable and always efficient. Even the Loan Officer I associate with enjoy working with her just because numbers always match up efficiently. Just like other Real Estate agents, I only want to work with one Escrow Officer and no one else. Can't have her all the time, but, I fight so hard to always have her.

Beth Hoeg is an escrow officer who always goes the extra mile to assure all parties are taken care of. Beth arranged for my seller who lives in Israel to sign all closing documents while my client was here even before we got an offer so that we would not have to wait to get an appointment at the US Embassy (which takes weeks to get). While signing, we received an offer and the timing was perfect. Beth is always professional and cares about all of us.

I was VERY stressed out that we could not use MY preferred title company (Equity) due to the short 10 day escrow. Beth was alerted to my concerns and patiently listened to my reservations. We ordered the payoffs (first and second), HOA demands (master and sub), cleared liens against common name (Brown) and closed ONE DAY EARLY! Beth was GREAT!
