I have used Alisha Nelms for years and she hasn't dissappointed me once. She goes above and beyond and has strong communication skills. I don't know how she does it but she always seems available to you and has a great work ethic to the point you get spoiled, and you can see the difference when working with other Escrow Officers. I can't say enough about her, she has a calming voice for nervous buyers and tackles any problems that may arise.

Having used many title companies and escrow officers in different transactions for 20 years in the Las Vegas valley, I can say for sure that Alisha is my go-to girl. Alisha goes above and beyond, answers my calls, treats my transactions like it was her own. She always is on. Love her! Our escrow officer was Alisha Nelms. What a outstanding response time, keeping track of the lender which was a real challenge. Though the lender was a large well known company, due to their lack of any type of urgency to close somewhere near the expected close date, was a problem. Several extensions due to the lender, and Alisha was on them and keeping us agents informed as she found out where our position was, each time of another time delay for the expected close date. I have no doubt that if she had not gone above and beyond, the sale would have collapsed.
