Hey there, just a brief background of my career in the Escrow field!!!
I have been in the Escrow Industry since 2002. I started out as an escrow opener and worked very hard to learn and understand the business. I am now well versed in many Real Estate transactions from Refinances to Short Sales to traditional resale transactions. I have learned to adjust to the demands of the changing and sometimes challenging Real Estate market. Having lived in the Las Vegas Valley for the past 25 years, I understand the importance of giving exceptional customer service and the individual care and attention that every buyer, seller, and/or borrower deserves. I have a strong commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships within the industry. My experience coupled with my friendly, outgoing, and helpful personality is the perfect combination for a smooth and seamless transaction. I am dedicated to providing your buyer, seller, or borrower with excellent knowledgeable service and making sure they are aware of the great realtor and/or loan officer they have chosen to do business with!

Jenn DeLaRosa was amazing. She worked efficiently and responded quickly PERSONALLY. There were some issues so I had many questions but she answered them all. I was in a transaction with another Title Company at this time and it was like Night and Day.... With Jenn being the daylight.
She came in and visited the clients at the Signing also. It makes people feel important.
She took the time to do that.
