Jennifer also holds notable positions in professional associations, such as President Elect with the American Escrow Association and State President with the Nevada Escrow Association. Jennifer is the Club Growth Director with the local Toastmasters District 115.

Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys off-roading in her jeep, camping in her camper, and pursuing astrophotography during the prime Milky-Way Season.

Jennifer Smith and her incredible team are more efficient than any escrow team I have ever experienced! With many different challenges including creating a note and coordinating the service entity for an owner finance transaction, this escrow team knocked it out in record time and without any hesitation. Jennifer Smith accommodated not only the sellerbut the buyers for signing. Both sides of the transaction we're dealing with enormous issues separate from the transaction, and Jennifer Smith went above and beyond to sign the sellers and buyers outside the office! I must say this act of kindness and extra effort shows the character of Jennifer Smith and her team, and reiterates the concept that there is more to a transaction than just the business end. Jennifer and her team took into account that the people in this transaction needed more care and she sprung into action without any prompting. Anticipation of a problem before it arises, and heading It Off with a solution is one of Jennifer's greatest talents. Jennifer Smith took the transaction from the moment we suggested we would be opening escrow, and initiated steps to make the process more efficient! Jennifer's attention to every detail was exceptional! This transaction included an owner financing addendum, note, and a servicing agreement that all had to be prepared prior to close. Despite all the complications, Jennifer had everything done days before the planned closing date and it closed in less than 13 days! Jennifer's cooperative and amiable persona made this transaction smooth and easy!
