Susan was fantastic. This was a very complicated sale with the buyers in CA, the seller in FL and the property owned in both a Trust and a QPRT. Add to this we had a tight window to complete the transaction before the end of the month. And it all happened without a hitch. Susan was on top of everything and communicated clearly to make sure each step was handled well. I signed papers with a notary here in FL on a Wednesday and those same signed papers were back from CA on Friday. It was reassuring to know that everything was being handled so efficiently. Being in a Real Estate Business for 37 years, and licensed DRE Broker since 1987, I know for fact that Susan is one of the BEST Escrow officers I ever worked with.
