I have purchased a number of residential properties over 45 years plus financed commercial projects with a banking career of 35 years. I have'nt seen anyone who did a better job than Edennin in terms of customer service. She is quick, accurate, and very responsive to answer after hour emails

Eden and her team handled the paperwork of the sale of my home. We were able to do everything remotely and she even took extra steps to make sure we were who we were and this was not someone pretending to own the property and sell remotely. Made us feel much more comfortable. We ran into a hitch with the Mobile home park and she handled it with far more level headedness and efficiency than I was feeling. I would definitely work with her and her team again.

Eden didn’t hesitate to pick up & expertly manage a file from another Title Co co-located in her building that was experiencing a technological related issue. Without the timely effort & cooperation between the two Title Companies my client would have incurred additional financial penalties including a higher interest rate.
Eden had only two days to accomplish this transfer but did so with calm efficiency and professionalism resulting in mutually shared relief & appreciation from lender, client and myself.
