My experience working with Doug Thompson and his Team has been Great! Doug and his Team will go the distance to help problem solve. They are resourceful and will help you with the most difficult issues. One time they went to the LA Courthouse and Testified to the judge on behalf of my client in regards to their Title Issue. Now that is Customer Service!

I asked a Lender whom I've known for 30 years "who is the best Escrow Officer and Title Company they work with." The response was "Linda Lastelic at Lawyers Title." They were certainly correct. I had a difficult client who came close on several occasions of sabotaging the transaction. However, Linda went above and beyond her job description, gently and professionally talking my client through the transaction, resulting in a successful closing. I highly recommend Linda; she is the
best Escrow agent in Southern California.

Serena and Amit did a phenomenal job helping me to close a transaction with a builder. Our clients were about to have to move in with family, but Serena got docs late in the day, arranged a late signing, got the docs back to the investors, and got the funding conditions cleared, all by noon. I have been working with Brandi Rivera and Lawyers Title for years!! She's is EXCELLENT at her job. She has superior customer service attitude and expert knowledge of the escrow business. And she's super friendly and personable too. Great combo in the service industry that we don't always get but hope for every time. But what really sets her apart from the others, in addition to her experience, is her problem-solving skills, her accessibility and responsiveness! Thanks for responding to all my (at times excessive) early morning/late night texts, emails and phone calls and for making me feel like I'm your most important client for each and every transaction! But i see based on what others are saying about you you're just like that with everyone! And I thought i was your only client... :)

Kara and Melissa are the most caring amazing and detail oriented team. I've been a lender 29 years and seen them all... They are responsive. Email them and it's Christmas Eve and they stayed to make this customer's deal close. Ask for something and they will tell you when it will be delivered, however it will show up sooner rather than later. Calm in the storm of escrow title and lender regulations. Able to leap tall buildings and balance the closing to the penny in faster than lightening service. A++ service

This is first time that I have used Lawyers Title, and I am very impressed with the company's service. Linda L. is my title officer and she is doing a perfect job of processing our escrow. And actually she is the most knowledgeable person in this transaction, correcting lender's oversights and errors. She is definitely on my go-to list now.

Serena Howeth has been very pleasant and highly responsive to our needs during this transaction with DR Horton. This escrow/title scenario has been very time sensitive as 2 concurrent closings are simultaneous to make this happen and keep all families with roofs over their heads.
