I am a proud native Arizonan and love this great state. I have worked with Lawyers Title Tempe Lakeshore for over 22 years which is no small feat. Many people in the escrow industry have been with multiple companies and I am proud to say that Lawyers Title is my home. Living in central Phoenix all my life and going to school (ASU Alumni) and working in Tempe I can appreciate all the amazing differences each city in our great state has to offer. I attended St. Mary's elementary and High School and later Northern Arizona University for a semester before transferring to Arizona State University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism at the famed Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. I also minored in business management with an emphasis in real estate at the W.P. Carey School of Business. I am married and have 2 adorable, hilarious, talented daughters. I have a strong work ethic which I attribute to my hard working parents and I am devoted to providing my clients and our customers with the best professional service and care I can give.

Another title company was unable to close my cash buyer?s escrow due to a seller power of attorney issue. The listing agent suggested that in a last ditch effort to save the deal that we switch the escrow to her preferred title company. It couldn?t hurt, so we decided to give it a try. I?n sure glad we did because I had the pleasure of working with Randee Riley. Randee was smart, communicative, efficient and kept us informed the entire way as she navigated this atypical escrow. My buyer was so grateful to finally receive her keys yesterday and I know thats because of Randee?s expertise and diligence. Thanks Randee!

Lawyers Title was incredible! I am a new agent and have many questions. Rachel and Maria were so kind and caring, they made me feel like we were old friends and all of my questions were important! Feeling comfortable is something everyone wants to feel. Their ability to be professional, but make you feel like a friend sets them apart. I will always use them if I can! You cannot go wrong with using Maria & Rachel and their entire team!

It is so difficult to express the ease and comfort in working with Maria and Rachel at Lawyer?s Title. I had everything that could go possibly wrong in a transaction and these folks were with me through the end. Wire Fraud is still a very real, but it was a relief knowing Lawyer?s title knew exactly what to do to get us the information we needed. I would choose over and over again to work with this team of people!

Maria and her team were amazing, very knowledgeable, this was a tough transaction because of unforeseen circumstances brought on by the buyer and Maria figured out a way to still get it done within the original COE date. Highly satisfied and will be using Maria as my go to escrow officer for all future deals both personally and professionally.
