I have been a real estate broker in Phoenix for over 40 years. For the majority of those years, Theresa Hall has been my go-to escrow officer. She, along with her team, have always provided top-notch service. Over the years, some unusual situations have come up that have required Theresa, along with her back office team, to come up with good, practical solutions so I could get my deals closed. There has never been a single instance where any of my deals closed late due to something not having been done timely by Theresa. In fact, she works well ahead on her files to be sure that everything is moving forward ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough about how great and consistent the service I have received has been. The icing on the cake is that Theresa is also very pleasant to work with. Theresa and her team at Lawyers Title get a 10 out of 10 in my book!

Theresa Hall sets the standards for professionalism and courtesy, which isn't so common anymore. We were kept apprised throughout escrow with stalker-like followup :). And all our inquiries were promptly answered, all of them. Poor communication from agents, title companies and lenders is among the top complaints by consumers.
