Kristine Huynh was exceptional as usual. The buyer's lender delivered the loan docs at the last minute. Thinking it would be humanly impossible for Kristine to review the docs and set up signings for three separate parties all from different towns, the buyer's agent and I had them sign a last minute extension. As it turned out, we didn't need it. Somehow she got it done and the transaction funded and recorded on the same day! I highly recommend Lawyers Title!

Well everything started off smooth. Then I had an opportunity for a new job in the middle of closing. My previous job I had 14 years under my belt. And it loom good when it comes to buying a house.
