I was first impressed with Alicia when her mother was at the time the area
managing officer for Ticor and wasn't able to answer a question of mine surrounding a seller carried financing hurdle, but her daughter was! I would have not been able to negotiate in behalf of my clients best interest if it wasn't for the advice Alicia provided. At that point, I realized that I needed her on my team and was going to start sending my transactions to her to manage escrow for us. She has been the best I have ever dealt with at Ticor and I will miss her. I have never had a bad experience working with her and my clients have all been very satisfied with her performance.
