Kathryn has been in the escrow industry since 1997. She believes that proactive communication, professionalism and attention to detail are the keys to exceptional customer service. She handles each transaction, and the people involved, with individual care and attention. Kathryn understands that closing day is the culmination of months of hard work for everyone involved and tries to make the closing experience easy and enjoyable.
Kathryn was born and raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon, she is a triplet and loves handing out with family. The Runyon’s enjoy watching their daughter play volleyball, basketball and Lacrosse and playing with their rescue dog Rosie.
