She handles each transaction, and the people involved, with individual care and attention. Kathryn understands that closing day is the culmination of months of hard work for everyone involved and tries to make the closing experience easy and enjoyable.

Kathryn was born and raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon, she is a triplet and loves handing out with family. The Runyon’s enjoy watching their daughter play volleyball, basketball and Lacrosse and playing with their rescue dog Rosie.

I was very impressed with the service we got from Kathryn Runyon and her team. My wife works 3 hours away and Kathryn arranged for an out of state signing for her the same day the issue was brought to her attention. Once the paperwork was brought back to her office in Oregon, I went in for my signing. Kathryn was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Kathryn and her team and plan to use her services again when we sell our next Oregon house!
