Patty White was on top of this difficult transaction from the very beginning and stayed on top of it to the very end. I did not share with her that this was a difficult transaction, because I did not want to unnecessarily taint it. Patty was very communicative, professional and empathetic. She understood the importance of closing on time and she made sure we did that, even though, my buyer did not sign until the morning of the close date. Her performance was over the top!!!

Patty White is professional and an excellent communicator. Many times I work with escrow officers that I never speak to. Patty emails and picks up the phone to make sure you have received information. When problems arise she communicates to everyone on the team to get the transaction closed. I highly recommend her.
