Originally from Silicon Valley, Kristine moved to Oregon many years ago to support a family member with
their educational pursuits. She’s a mother of two who loves to clean her home and travel during her free
time. She resides in Beaverton where she is active in her community.

Kristine Huynh was exceptional as usual. The buyer's lender delivered the loan docs at the last minute. Thinking it would be humanly impossible for Kristine to review the docs and set up signings for three separate parties all from different towns, the buyer's agent and I had them sign a last minute extension. As it turned out, we didn't need it. Somehow she got it done and the transaction funded and recorded on the same day! I highly recommend Lawyers Title!

Plus, she investigated a couple of the items that needed to be paid out of escrow and found them to be invalid so they were subtracted. She is diligent and very professional.
