We recently closed a purchase with Carlotta. In my 28 years in the Mortgage industry, I have not seen an escrow officer on Text chat on a cell phone with a client and MLO. I had a client who was very anxious at every step of the process, which I had been handling from the very beginning. The client was simple and very naive. I worked with Carlota and Aileen on a house closing in CA. I should mention that this was a complex sale as I reside out of state and was not readily available. I found both of these escrow officers helpful in answering questions and clarifying any issues that came up during the process. They were very responsive and flexible with their time even outside of 'normal' hours (due to time zones and schedules). Both contributed to the smoothest process outcome for the sale. We absolutely love working with Aileen and Carlota. We have worked with them at another company and during their transition, we were approached by other escrow/title companies. We decided to give some a try. After working with a handful of other escrow / title officers, we determined that no other team seems to provide the high level of service as Aileen and Carlota. Aileen and Carlota are awesome. Highly communicative, urgent, and on top of things. They even spotted a permit discrepancy and made sure we had confirmation from the county on its status. We used them back to back on a sale and a purchase and would use them again in a minute. Thank you Aileen and Carlota.
