When given the opportunity to choose title and escrow on my transactions, I recommend that my clients use Lisa and Sandra at the Fidelity office in Puyallup. They understand my REO transactions and do their best to accommodate when signing times are different or difficult for the clients. Their HUD statements are accurate and they are easily accessible for questions or concerns.
