I am so grateful that I had Lisa at my side for my first home purchase. Over the course of the buying process, we encountered a number of “realty-TV worthy” characters that would have shaken most agents. Lisa remained professional and handled some very difficult listing agents with grace and good humor, which is how I like to do business. She was available after hours and weekends and really demonstrated her personal investment in our deal. She also has a vast professional network (mortgage brokers, inspectors, mediators, etc) that add to what she brings to each transaction.
I had no idea how much more I was going to get out of this 8-week program than just the subjects at hand. I learned so much that I can use to make my business more organized and provide better service to not just my clients, but other agents I work with on a transaction. Lisa teaching techniques are simple but detailed so she is easy to understand and she makes sense out of terms and rules that can be perceived in many ways. I would highly recommend any class that Lisa provides. I wish the classes were free but I can say that I definitely got my moneys worth, and then some. I have no regrets that I paid for this class.

Lisa is the the Real Truth, for how and what to know to make your real estate business work. She can cover contracts Listing and Purchase agreements, like no other. So she is highly recommended if you are new the business or a seasoned veteran for getting clarity on the two most import contracts of real estate. Instruction are given with examples and explanations as if you there speaking with the clients. So, again I would recommend Mrs. Lisa Gerdes Broker.

scheduled it with IVAR as her next training class. I have never come away disappointed in her presentation of the material she presents. She is always prepared to answer questions, knowledgeable in the material she is presenting and provides a video tape of each training class for the participants to review again at a later time. In all the classes I have taken from Lisa; she has always gone above and beyond by providing personal organizational tips to help us be more effective in managing our real estate transactions.

Lisa was my first manager that hired me when I began my real estate career 15 years. Her training through out the years when she was my manager has made me the great agent I am today. When I got the email announcing her class on the new RPA, I singed up immediately. Lisa is the most knowledgeable broker/manager I know on real estate contracts.
