Carolyn Lamascus and her team are amazing! We have used Lawyers Title for some time now and have never been disappointed. We recently had a very difficult closing and Carolyn saved the day when at the last minute we were told the borrower had to come in with an additional $200.00. Having the borrower wire the money over would have resulted in the loan not closing on time, so Carolyn waived the additional fee. Carolyn saved our relationship with our client which is priceless.
