My client went through over two years of work to empty out and clean a family compound full of three generations of family possessions and much memorabilia in a reverse mortgage. All she carved out for herself was a vacant lot at the edge of the property she grew up on and lived on. The survey and lot line adjustment alone took over a year to complete. When the compound sold, we checked to property profile weekly and my client's parcel kept showing up with the compound's new owners' names on it. The trust company and their attorneys couldn't of wouldn't correct this terrible error. I got the paperwork of truth gathered and called our long-time Rep. Frank Zintzun for assistance. He worked with team members Melanie Murphy and Wes Brown and they resolved the issue of correcting the title in less than two weeks. AMAZING! My client could finally breathe a breath of clean mountain air. WE thank all those from Lawyer's Title who had anything to do with this. We commend and recommend you all.

Lawyer's Title is the difference between night and day when it comes to service. We tried using another title company for a short period and every time we called for a profile, they asked our name, email, what office we were at. Their response was very poor. At Lawyer's Title, you are always greeted with a smile and all title agents know who you are when you give your name, what office you are calling from, and your email. Great service always!
