We got the privilage of working with Melissa on one of our transactions which she was the escrow officer and we were representing the buyer's. I have to say that this was one of the most difficult transaction that i have worked on. It was a very stressful transaction but her patience and professionalism made her very easy to work with. She was very cooperative and always responded to us in a timely manner. After so much hard work was put into our transaction we were finally able to close it with her help! We highly recommend her and her team because of the great experience we had.

Well, there are not enough characters available in this recommendation post to talk about all the positive aspects of Melissa and her team! Simply put, they get the Job Done!! I have have completed almost 100 transactions with Melissa over the past 5 years and there is no one better at an escrow transaction! But, these things are expected from an escrow officer because it is their job to make the transaction as smooth as possible for all the parties involved. What isn't always expected is her ability to make you feel like you are the ONLY transaction she is working on when you know that her desk is stacked with many, many files. It's uncanny how she can be so on top of the file with her attention to detail and expertise in real estate transactions. As an agent and broker, all you want in an escrow officer is someone with whom you can feel truly comfortable and have no fear of getting the file closed due to logistics, correspondence, and follow up. With Melissa and her team, you simply know the job is going to get done. What a pleasure to have worked with her for so many years and I expect many, many more years to come!

I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa and her team on countless Fannie Mae listings that where assigned us, they are by far the best in the business. So many of the other escrow companies assigned those types of listings basically just go through the motions, but Melissa and her great team there at Lawyers are on the job. We now use them for all our business. If personal first class service is what you're after, then I recommend giving Melissa Banas your deals.
