MaryAnn and her partner Karl Koozer are the best title reps there are, period! I work for a broker who has a "preferred" title company but their service and expertise do not come close to these two. MaryAnn is the most helpful with my farming and Karl is the wizard on the title side. They both respond after hours and even on weekends. Agents need to get wise and start to better their business by calling MaryAnn and Karl.
