In settling my mom’s estate, choosing Christi was one of the best moves we made. She laid out the process clearly for us and even gave us great sources for removing furniture and trash. She made it possible for us to handle the sale and closing from our home

Christi did a great job selling our house. She even picked up moving boxes for me and delivered them. She was willing to pitch in and help, no matter what it was. She is tough and professional in handling the sale. Our sale kind of drug out for a while, no fault to Christi, more the fault of all the refinancing and volume of homes being sold. She was understanding with our frustrations and worries and was right there to help.

Cristi is amazing and works really hard to find you the perfect home at a great price. She used to work for Stylecraft builders so she has an excellent eye for structural issues in homes and how to also improve them cosmetically. She is super knowledgeable and will work around your schedule. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Building a home while living one hundred miles away was a daunting thought. Luckily, our daughter recommended Cristi McGowan to us. She was building her dream home, and she told us that her experience with Cristi was exceptional.
The process took about a year to complete due to Covid, but we finally closed! Cristi was with us all of the way. We called her often and she always made time for us. She was patient and professional, and easy to work with. We wish she could sell our house is Austin.

We called Cristi early on in our house hunt as she was highly recommended by dear friends of ours. Cristi did not disappoint. She quickly prepared a list of homes and wanted to make sure that she was on the right track with the homes she provided. If we were interested, she was ready to book a showing and worked with our schedules. From preparing the offer to the point an offer was accepted, she was ready to "go to bat" for us. She was ready for action at a moments notice and showed great pride in her job. She was easy to work with, cared about finding our family a home that was right for us, and she made it a great experience overall (especially with the changes taking place during the pandemic). It's easy to see why she was so highly recommended!

We used her expertise over the last year for both buying a new build and selling our previous house. The home sold for well over asking after only 3 viewings during a pandemic! Skills! She did a fantastic job of advertising, made sure to get eye-catching professional photos to attract buyers and gave us expert staging advice. It was our first time selling, and she made it a breeze.

If you’re on the fence about using a realtor for a new build, I’d strongly advise it. She caught so many “fine print” items that saved us big headaches and put pressure on builders for us when necessary. She recommended an inspector who caught items we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise (like thousands of dollars of roof damage on the hew build)! Cristi also does her homework about current and future economic issues and can give smart advice on good times to buy/sell.

Now my parents are buying in Waco and Cristi is helping them as well."

I would not trust real estate with anyone in Central Texas except Cristi McGowan. She has represented me in multiple real estate transactions over the years and in the end, while I felt like things were bumpy, she always managed to smooth them out. This last sale, the ceiling began leaking literally less than 24 hours before the walk through! I panicked of course and Cristi remained calm and got everyone on it and it was fixed by 9:00 am the next day. The poise, patience, and passion she has for her clients says it all. Thanks friend!
