John was a wonderful guide in helping me negotiate the crazy NYC real estate market in search of a home that would be suitable for our multi-generational family. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and took time to understand our needs without pressurizing us to buy. When we realized we would not find what we needed in NYC but needed to move to upstate NY, he helped us sell our NYC home and coordinate the purchase of our new home in Rochester, NY with our Rochester real estate agent. My wife and I just closed on our home this past Friday, and we both insist that it would not have been possible without John. As first time buyers, we were clueless about virtually every aspect of the process, and as such we were nervous about being taken advantage of at different stages. However, John guided us through every part, and was THE one who built the team that we used, including the inspector, lawyer, insurer, and more. We never had to worry about the quality, availability or ethics of these other folks, as they were all top notch.

But by far the best thing about our experience with John was that he is an unbelievably friendly, hardworking man whose dedication to his clients extends far past the professional side. He genuinely cares about our family and what WE hoped to accomplish with this purchase. It didn't seem as much like a business relationship as it did an old friend who knows the business inside and out and is offering you his help.
