Mindy was phenomenal. She knows the area extremely well and was able to give us perfect advice on minor things that would make our house show better as well as the perfect price to ask for our house. While other houses sat on the market for months only to sell at the same price, our home sold in 4 days. When the offer came in she gave us advice on the counter offer and was there every step of the way, even letting us know when close was completed so our insurance could be cancelled. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Where to start with the job Mindy did to help my wife and myself get our home sold. She walked us through every step and even answered questions we had on the weekends in the evenings. We told her what we were wanting to do and asked her to come up with a price. We went with her price and had an offer in 4 DAYS even after the market started cooling down. Mindy is prompt. Courteous . Effective. . Knows her stuff. Finds solutions to problems and in a cost effective way . Gets back timely to questions . In am in Canada , our borders are closed due pandemic but she was a real find. . Sold 2 plots in less than a week . From survey to sale. My paperwork was in a mess , due changes in LA law after 40 years ownership . Any seller or buyer will do good with her.

Mindy was recommended to me through my sister so I reached out to her since we didn’t know anyone in the area. We moved from Mississippi so we weren’t very familiar with the area. MIndy went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for in a short amount of time.
