Ed was able to help my family in the sale of my grandparents home. The house was solid but had cosmetic issues that could have turned off buyers. Ed was able to work with us and price the home at an amount that made it very attractive. We sold the house in TWO days and feel so wonderful about the buyer. Ed not only took care of the legal and financial aspects of the sale, he took care of the emotional side as well. We could not be more thankful for his expertise, kindness and humor!

Ed has been absolutely amazing. This is our 2nd house he has sold and helped us purchase. Including an additional sell on a condo we sold.
He has been there every step of the way. Late night phone calls, house showings, and staging ideas. He gives lots of encouragement. He never gives up! He also provided recommendations for painters, carpet vendors, etc. all who have been extremely affordable and available.
Ed treats you like family. He was absolutely wonderful with our toddler and took in consideration of her schedule. I would 100% recommend Ed to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house. He has a ton of knowledge and will always be honest in the best way.

As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect; Ed was phenomenal and patient with helping explain the process and always willing to answer any and all questions I had. I appreciated him pointing out specific things here and there while going through each house (whether it was good or bad) it all helped to narrow down and realize what I was looking for in a home and what was most important.
