Ed was absolutely amazing to work with, as we purchased our home, moving from out of state. It is already stressful and insane to purchase a house these days, especially in a highly competitive market; adding more insanity for our purchase is that we are moving from over 600miles away...which means WE HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE WE COULD TRUST to be our eyes and ears. In steps Ed and he was exactly that. He not only checked out a gagillion houses for us, but would crawl around them looking for things we would look for, and would send detailed videos so we could make quick decisions. Ed helped put our minds at ease, and was our sanity in insane times. 100% would recommend, especially as an out of state buyer. Whether you're buying or selling, Ed can handle whatever your needs may be. Buying our new home was no easy task in a tough seller's market, as we had lost out on a few other homes with less than stellar offers through other agents. We didn't call Ed initially simply because our home is quite far from his office. But when we found this one, we didn't want to lose it, so we called Ed and he didn't hesitate to help us out.
