Vicki is the best, and only realtor for us. Five years ago when we bought our home we relied on her experience to get us the best deal we could’ve hoped for, and she absolutely nailed it. She got us under asking price on the home we bought, and over asking price on the one we sold. Fast forward five years and she did it again with the sale of our home in a decidedly tough market. I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to do so after getting outstand help from Vicki. Vicki helped me purchase a home in Rancho back in 2006, she was outstanding then so I gave her a call, to try and find a qualified person to do repairs to the home. She not only had suggestions but even arranged to have estimates done while I was out of town. She is super professional, knowledge and willing to help even when there was no commission for her effort. If you're looking for a good realtor before and after the sale she is it.

From beginning to end, Vicki is the best!

When we first contacted her, we were just looking at options, trying to figure out what we were doing after the loss of our Wife and Mother. She arrived, on time, with heartfelt condolences, and information. LOTS of it. Information on best options, alternatives, and even general comps in the area and did research to discuss what we were looking at.

She was patient as we had a lot of things to process before we were even ready, but she was available, and answered our questions whether we called in to her, texted her, or emailed her.

She explained things even before we asked. She made suggestions on what to do to help the sale and was willing to be there when needed. She helped us through the process as the sale was going through, made suggestions on pricing, modifications and what we were looking at for offers and counteroffers. And the house sold. And we were happy about it. She even went to the house AFTER the sale so we could get the trash cans out and picked up so we could cancel our trash service.

Just a wonderful person to work with.

Vicki did a fantastic job! This is the second instance in which we have used Vicki and she has been absolutely amazing! Vicki did so much background work to help us save money on inspections that were completed just prior to our offer. She worked relentlessly to ensure we had what we wanted and needed to be safe in our new home. Vicki made extra trips to the home location, even though it was out of town a good ways, so we could look around again, show our family, or to get us some measurements. Vicki went above and beyond what we would have expected using a different agent. Vicki made us feel like we were apart of her family and she was taking care of us. Vicki is many things; amazing, efficient, awesome. But if I had to choose one word to describe her it would be Professional. Vicki is a straight up Pro. Answered my phone call on a Saturday and met with us that Sunday. This isn't a part time gig for her, but what she does all day everyday. And she is the absolute best at it. Sold my house for full asking price in less than a week. All of this with us being on the other side of the Country. Coordinated all our repairs that were needed and everything.
