Julie went above and beyond to get us in a home. Ultimately we decided to build a home. Julie was there for us since day one. Even before our home broke ground she would send us pictures as we lived out of state. She kept us up to date on everything. Even if she saw things in her experience didn't look right she would notify us and we would take it from there. We consider Julie a friend and would Highly recommend her to help you find your perfect home. BTW, she helped friends of ours fiend their dream home, which is how we met Julie.

Julie helps us buy a home in Florida, we lived in Florida.

Julie first took us to look at pre-owned homes for sale over a couple visits to Florida. After we determined we wanted to buy new construction she identified several communities to take us to visit. After visiting MANY properties, we finally settle on the one we liked.

Julie visited our building site on a regular basis to send us photos and updates on the build process. If she saw issues to address, we contacted our construction manager. When we had questions on designs and colors, she visited the model center and design studio to help us. Her help was extremely valuable in making sure any issues were dealt with before it was too late to correct.

She went with us on our pre drywall inspection, our final walk through and our closing.

Julie is awesome and truly cares about her clients. You will be in the right hands with Julie.

Julie helped make our move cross country seamless when it came to finding a new home quickly under our circumstances. She was very flexible when it came to our work schedules and accommodating viewings. Julie was able to take some of the normal stressors out of the process of purchasing a home, and we are grateful for that. Looking forward to moving into our new house and starting a family!

What an experience she created for us. With Julie we felt like we were her only clients at times, even though I know she had others she was taking care of too. great advice, yrs of experience, help on closing docs, and always worked to get us the best deal, (Even though that means a smaller paycheck for her). She will be our first call for our next purchase or when our kids begin looking for houses of their own.

Julie is very professional. She was excited to have the opportunity to help us sell our home and we immediately felt confident in her ability to do so. Julie sat down with us, showed us comps for other homes both for sale and sold, and we came up with a fair asking price. Her photographer did a wonderful job portraying our home. She has access to electricians, contractors, and cleaners that got our home in perfect condition. She is great with communication and goes over paperwork with a fine tooth comb. She caught errors from the title company that saved us thousands of dollars. Julie went above and beyond for us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

I can't say enough good things about Julie!! Met her in 2019 when we first decided to look for a place to rent. She was able to find us the perfect home, exactly what we were looking for at the time! Fast forward to 2020 and we were now interested in owning a home! Julie was so patient, so informative, and knowledgeable about the process. As a FTHO, this process was new for us and scary. She answered every question and if she didn't know, she'd find out right away! After a long summer of going house after house and none of them being "The One", we decided to go with a new construction home. Julie was there from start to finish during that 6 month process. She was a rock star during the complicated closing process and just made everything so much better! I am thankful we had Julie during this time and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking to rent or buy! Thanks Julie! We appreciate you!

Julie Ashton went on and abovewith the assistance in the purchase of our new home. Always responded right away to our questions and concerns. Still after the sale she stays in touch to make sure everything is OK. Julie even took us to the registry to get Florida licenses.

If my husband & I could give Julie 10 stars, I would. We live in NJ & in 2019 (before meeting Julie), we took 2 house-hunting trips to Florida but those trips didn't work out. In 2020, I found Julie - best thing that could've happened for us! I spent 3 weeks towards the end of 2020 in Florida searching with Julie. Although that trip didn't produce a house for us, it was a great time for us to get to know each other & for Julie to know what we were looking for. About a week after I came back to NJ, a house came on the market which we viewed online. Julie did videos of the property we were interested in so we made an offer, which was accepted. It took a while for the closing to take place due to well water issues, & Julie could not have been more helpful, accommodating, and patient with us during the whole process (we had a myriad of questions!). Bottom line: We just can’t thank Julie enough & would highly recommend her to everyone who is in need of a realtor!!

I selected Julie as our realtor to help us purchase our vacation condo because of reviews (and the name didn't hurt!) and she did not disappoint! Julie was on top of every aspect of our purchase from being highly flexible in setting up showings, to negotiating the purchase, to the trials and tribulations of closing.

Julie and I were in near constant communication throughout the purchase process and since we are from outside the area, she even helped with several things we would have had to drive up to address.

Julie was awesome and I'm sure you won't be disappointed either if you choose her as your realtor.

I recently worked with Julie. I actually was the seller and she represented the buyer. Though I’m not an Agent, I have sold many properties over the years and don’t often get impressed with agents. Julie’s first priority to represent her client, and then work out how to make the deal happen. As a seller, I walked away very happy with the deal.
She made it a win/win for us. Her experience and personally shines , making the process pleasant. Since I didn’t have an agent, I dealt with her directly, giving me an insight, as a seller , I don’t normally see. It was a very cooperative relationship from the first call to the last. She goes above and beyond, even when we were having issues with title company, she found errors in the closing cost and made sure her client wasn’t being overcharged for unnecessary fees. If I ever need an agent in Florida, I will call her.

Julie was our real estate agent helping to sell my mom's condo in Port St Lucie. I think Julie did a great job from beginning to end. She understood the local market and had a good strategy to help get top dollar for my mom's place. We sold her place within 2 weeks, getting more than 5 offers in that time and ultimately getting above our asking price. She communicated extremely well in all phases of the sale including early discussions on pricing strategy, how to list the property in the best manner, managing showings, taking offers and closing the deal. Julie was personable, caring and thoughtful during the entire process. My mom is on the older side and she went above and beyond to help my mom manage the showings even watching her dog on occasion. I also found Julie to be easy to talk to, honest and fair. I would highly recommend Julie for selling or buying real estate.

There are not enough words to describe how incredibly amazing, professional and dedicated to her clients.
Buying a house under normal circumstances is unnerving enough but with the pandemic and being from the Boston area, brings the stress to another level. Well not with Julie. We toured the house via FaceTime made an offer and when it was accepted Julie arranged for an inspector to come the next morning while I was in flight she oversaw the inspection and waited there for me to tour in person and go over inspection items. Julie was right on top of everything! She’s a true PRO! I recommend her whether you are listening or buying.

If you are looking for a realtor that will work hard for your needs and your needs only, Julie is for you! During our 2 1/2 year search for a home, we seen close to 100 or more homes. Never once did she try to steer us or rush us in anyway. Also she was always available for us. Many times she Fac eTimed homes for us while we were out of town.
