I have bought and sold 3 homes prior to selling our home with Janelle Groenhout at Proven Realty and this experience was the least stressful. Her outgoing personality made us feel as if we were working with a family member rather than a business partner. Everything went so smoothly and we had 2 offers on the first day which met our asking price. All I can say is, if you want to sell, call Janelle!!!
