Diane made the process of selling my late mom’s home as easy as could be. After a family member passes, decisions have to be made properly and quickly, and Diane helped everything go smoothly. It was an absolute pleasure working with Diane Traverso in selling our home. We were actually selling our house and moving out of state and Diane was always there to help us. She is extremely knowledgeable concerning the real estate and housing market and always took the time to explain things to us, answer all of our questions (a lot!) and address all of our concerns. Diane always made herself available to be at our house when we were unavailable and importantly always checked to make sure our house was secure after appointments or to meet service contractors etc. Diane is so conscientious that she even helped us with our garden flowers and cellar dehumidifier when we were not able to be at the house.
