Angie's been excellent, both as a landlord and as a realtor. She's exemplified accountability, flexibility, and conscientiousness beyond what is typically expected. Negotiating the housing market and all of its related machinations can be tricky, and you're much better off with a seasoned professional in your corner. Make that professional Angie Taylor.

I first met Angie in 2016 when my husband and I made a visit to The Villages to see what it was all about. When we returned from The Villages’ Trolly tour, Angie was there to greet us and offer her services whenever needed. That was certainly our lucky day – her smile, her warmth and friendliness was all it took to convince us Angie was the one with whom we wanted to work and later that fall Angie helped us find the perfect home. I cannot even begin to describe how patient she was with us. We looked at many, many, many, ( I mean many) houses and Angie never seemed annoyed or impatient with our process. Angie genuinely wanted us to find the perfect home for us and I will never forget the day we traveled to The Villages to make an offer. Angie met us at our potential new home and wanted to make sure this was the home we wanted before we signed any paperwork. I was so impressed because most realtors might have not wanted to give us an opportunity to change our minds. Not Angie, she wanted us to be certain and happy. Then in the spring of 2023 we needed to sell the Villages house in which my sister-in-law had been living. Trust me on this, you would never want anyone to sell your home other than Angie. Her professionalism, confidence and the little things she does to make a home feel homey and welcoming are beyond amazing. Now, combine that with her optimism, positive attitude, and friendly, caring attitude and it is a perfect formula for complete success. The house is under contract and closing today. Angie also seems to have a contact for every situation. We needed to have the shrubbery trimmed up – there was someone there that very afternoon. We needed to have some maintenance for the sprinklers – someone was there the very next day. The list goes on and on. It is difficult to stop writing about Angie and her strengths, but most importantly of all is that Angie is truly a genuine, loving, kind, caring, compassionate human. She is someone you will always remember and she will for sure be in the top 10 list of the nicest people you have ever known.

Five star rating!!! There are not enough positive adjectives to sufficiently describe Angie! My husband and I are from Canada and love The Villages so much we decided to purchase a home here. Our good fortune led us to Angie and believe me when I say that her skills, extensive knowledge and kindness are second to none. As first time home buyers in The Villages, we required a lot of assistance with the "how to's" and "must have's" and Angie was there every step of the way and often before we even asked the question. Angie's genuine care and concern for us was evident every day, even while she was "relaxing" on a well deserved vacation. Even though the sale is complete and all of the formal work is done, Angie continues to reach out regularly to offer valuable assistance and advice. Angie Taylor of Sunshine Realty Group was the first realtor we contacted. Once we met her, we knew that we did not need to look any further. Our sale was long distance (PA to FL) and Angie went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She kept us informed, was a true professional & a genuinely likable person.
The house sold in just over 48 hours for over the asking price. What more could we ask for? On a scale of 5 stars, we’d give her 10. We’d highly recommend her to anyone.

We initially met at an open house they were hosting for the Sellers in The Villages. Both Angie and Jamie were incredible concerning attention to detail, returning all calls and correspondences promptly, pleasant and caring, and providing credible information throughout the entire process of purchase.

Not only providing all the necessary details in making such a major purchase, we both felt that we were treated exceptionally well from a personal perspective as Angie & Jamye took into consideration every issues important to us.

The entire process, from initial viewing to a successful close, everything was handled in a professional and accurate manner.

In the past, regarding other transactions, the process at times was cumbersome for us . Not this time around!

I met Angie about six years ago. I was traveling from Orlando to Tallahassee and decided to visit The Villages. I arrived at Lake Sumter Sales Office and was introduced to Angie. I told her that I was interested in seeing what The Villages was all about. She showed me around and took me to a couple of model homes knowing that I was not ready to move at that time. She obtained my email address and kept me informed. A couple of years later I drove to The Villages again and met with Angie. She again showed me several homes that were for sale and again I left without buying anything. Then October 2018, I rented a Villa in The Villages and contacted Angie. I told her that I was ready to move and she was determined to find me my forever home. Once I found my home she made the purchasing ordeal very smooth. Even after the sale was finalized she was instrumental in providing me with different contractors to help me with my remodeling of my new home.

Angie was such a pleasure to work with and is still a very good friend of mine. Her dedication, professionalism and upbeat personality made this process memorable! She continues to check on me, sending me holiday cards and just being a great friend to me. I would truly recommend Angie to help you find your forever home. You will not be disappointed

Angie spent months communicating with us as we decided to move to the villages in lieu of AZ. She was determined to find us the perfect lot with our favorite floor plan, and even did FaceTime with us (we were in Ohio), to walk through the home we purchased! She is professional, caring, enthusiastic and hears what your saying!! She will likely become a friend as well. If you are looking for perfection in your realtor, she is as close as it gets!!
