We wish we could give her more then 5 stars! From beginning to end Marsha was AMAZING. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable with everything she did for us. My husband and myself needed a new home quick and she found us our dream home! During such a stressful time between losing our previous home to flooding and just weeks out from our wedding she made the entire experience wonderful. She was there for us every step of the way and we cannot thank her enough. She worked very hard and was flexible around our crazy schedules. Not only have I recommended her to everyone we know, I feel like I also gained a wonderful friend in the process! Thank you thank you thank you!

She was also very easy to reach, which was a plus. My house hunting wasn't long, and when I found the one I loved, she took the necessary steps with my offer to assure I got the home I desired. Marsha went above and beyond for me during a pandemic where it was going to be very difficult for me to compete because of my loan package. FHA w/down payment assistance thru MSHDA. Strict rules and requirements where conventional loans were outbidding me and offering appraisal gap guarantees. Now let me tell you... Marsha was able to get me very close to my offer being accepted several times and then just when I was getting discouraged, Marsha was able to get my offer accepted for my forever home!! Honestly, I thought it was going to take at least 6 months to find a home if not more, and it took her 2 months! I learned so much about the home buying process from Marsha. I would text and email her all day everyday and without fail, she always responded asap! What I appreciate the most is that she was genuinely happy for me in being able to purchase my own home. Don't want to forget about her assistant "Scout".. (her little dog that rides on every appointment with her).

It's a shame I cannot give her more than 5 stars. Also, I'm not the first to do so - everybody else on this site to date has done so as well! Marsha's responsiveness to buyer's needs is her hallmark. She found an ideal house for the three of us (myself, my wife and our son) in Wayne County. An exceptionally patient person, she provided wise counsel on various subjects, including the home inspection, the repairs to request, the home warranty to buy, and most importantly of all, the offer price. I would heartily recommend Marsha's services to any home buyer, regardless of their circumstances. She has the ability to accurately match the family to the home. Bottom line - buying a home? Call Marsha.

I absolutely love Marsha! This was my first time buying a house alone and she helped with every question and concern along the way. Finding the right house is hard and its even harder during a pandemic with houses selling days after hitting the market. I was out-bidded, I had a bad inspection report come back and some lender issues but Marsha kept me going and I found my happy home. I highly recommend Marsha and will use her again if I ever decided to move.

Marsha is great! She went above and beyond to ensure that we were shown every available house within our requirements. She completed several virtual walk throughs because we were buying site unseen due to Covid and being out of state. She is very quick on response time and I could always get ahold of her when I had questions or needed something. I am not the easiest person to work with when buying a house (several military moves makes you this way) but she handled me extremely well and I couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Buying a house isn't the easiest task but buying one in the middle of a global pandemic made it even harder. Marsha made it such an easy and fun process despite all of that. I didn't have a lot of knowledge and she did her absolute best to help me along each step of the way. Very smart, funny and really made it a great experience. Can't recommend her enough!
