We got her info; word of mouth from a relative in the area. Being, my wife is also a Licensed broker we knew straight away Tara was the ideal choice for our goals. Tara did an amazing job finding a buyer for 5 separate lots on the same street. I ideally wanted all 5 to be purchased together, and she negotiated this with a buyer that originally was only interested in 3. She got drone footage taken to show the proximity to water, which is something the prior realtor did not do. I highly recommend Tara - she is incredibly responsive and thorough.
