Lana was very consistent and available in her communications. We would look at houses early morning and late evening because I had work. She would have an offer typed and ready to be sent before we viewed the property. Has a good sense of urgency. There were 6 offers placed within 12 hours and Lana negotiated with the sellers until we got it! She has connections with a loan officer that got us approved within 2 weeks and closed in 3. Best realtor.
