Charles is, by far, the best realtor I have ever had the privilege to work with. Out of the many homes we saw, he was knowledgeable, understanding, and put up with all of my insane questions and comments.

He made the experience fun and enjoyable during a time when home shopping has been neither fun nor enjoyable. I highly recommend Charles when looking for your next home.

Charles has been incredibly helpful throughout the entirety of my home buying experience.
As a first-time home buyer, he eased my nerves by taking the time to explain the process and next steps, share details and updates, and was efficient in his response time. Not only that, he's extremely knowledgeable about the legal/contractual side of things, which is an important part of the process. Couldn't recommend Charles highly enough!

I honestly can not say enough good things about Charles.
We told him what we were looking for, the area we wanted to be in, the price etc. He came to us with the house after a few months of looking at other houses. He was great at answering all the questions we had in a timely manner. Even making sure there was a colleague available when he was out of town for a family emergency. I truly feel he went above and beyond during this whole process. He will be the one I recommend to everyone either buying or selling a house.

Charles did a great job of providing honest input into our home purchase. He knew when to push us out of our comfort zone and when to support us. My parents had Charles as their realtor a few years back so when I was in search for my first home they knew who could help me! I had mentioned what I was interested in and Charles knew just the one. I purchased the one and only house I seen because it was perfect! The search went so smooth and seemingly fast. He is on top of everything and got in touch right away if paperwork or anything was needed to go further in the home buying process. He’s a great realtor as he looks at the homes as if it’s a family member looking at a house, he wants it to be perfect! Thank you Charles! I appreciate everything!

I want to thank Charles for making the sale of my Dads house a very pleasant experience, it was a hard time for my sisters and myself losing a parent is very hard time but Charles was very understanding and always keep me updated.
