Top three things I absolutely despise doing.
1) Shopping for a car
2) Shopping for furniture
3) Shopping for a house
All three of those tasks are not because of the end result, but rather having to work with pushy, disrespectful sales people. Working with Zach is exactly opposite of what I dread. Zach is the utmost respectful, caring, flexible, and professional real estate agent that we have ever worked with. His extensive knowledge in the industry, knowing all the ins and outs about the northern Illinois region, as well as his network base should not be taken for granted as these are keys that he uses to obtain the best deal possible for his clients. The leadership attributes that he brings to his team only made my family feel more comfortable working with NextHome Oak Street Realty.
Zach not only found our family our forever house in an amazing location, but also sold our home in less than 48 hours over asking, with multiple offers. We can't recommend Zach and his team enough to anyone looking to buy and/or sell.

Zach is a rare find for a real estate professional. He was our buyer broker. The most fitting word I can use is that he is an Expert. He has a deep understanding of both the market and what's going on inside the house itself. Most agents can show you homes and set appointments, but Zach becomes a partner and strategist. He pointed out things we should negotiate for during the buying process as well as in the actual closing. Our lawyer couldn't attend in person and having Zach with us during the process made everyone's life easier, INCLUDING the people at the title company. The selling process with Zach from start to finish was seamless and couldn’t have been more professional.
